This home is designed for groups who want to spend time together without everyone having to do the same thing. With five bedrooms, spacious gathering areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and entertainment throughout the home and backyard, there’s plenty of room to connect, relax, or find your own space.

The main living area features a comfortable sectional, fireplace, Smart TV, and built-in wet bar with a mini fridge and wine storage. It’s an easy place to gather for a movie, enjoy a drink, or relax after a day exploring Arizona.

The kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, with modern appliances, a large center island, French door refrigerator, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee and tea essentials. Whether you're making a quick breakfast or sitting down for dinner, there’s plenty of room for everyone.

For entertainment, you’ll have billiards, ping pong, and air hockey inside, along with basketball, mini golf, and a full-size pickleball court outside.

The backyard is made for Arizona days and evenings. Cool off in the pool, practice your putting, challenge the group to a game, or relax under the covered patio. When the sun goes down, fire up the grill and gather around the fire pit for dinner and conversation.
