There's a living aquarium in the floor. Not a feature. Not a talking point. Actual fish, actual water, moving beneath glass panels set into the foundation of the house. You'll walk in, look down, and whatever you were about to say will leave your body completely. That's the moment this trip begins.

Everything else unfolds from there.

Four bedrooms spread across a single renovated level, sleeping up to twelve people in beds worth sleeping in. Four full bathrooms so no one's negotiating the morning. A kitchen stocked well enough that someone will actually want to use it — and they should, because the backyard is the kind of place a long breakfast earns its way into. Eat outside. Let the day start slowly. You're in Scottsdale and there's nowhere you have to be yet.

Then the pool pulls you in.

Heated, private, and sitting in a backyard designed like it knew exactly what it was for. The hot tub is right there when the pool feels like too much effort. A gas grill and outdoor dining for the night you decide to stay in. A wood-burning fire pit for the night the conversation gets good and no one wants to move. And above all of it, a rooftop deck — open desert sky, warm air, Scottsdale stretched out around you — the kind of place where someone will say we should do this every year and actually mean it.

When you do leave, Old Town is under a mile on foot. That's dinner without a reservation, bars without a plan, and a city that knows how to keep a group entertained well past the point where anyone's checking their phone for the time.

This house has a way of making people stop. At the door when they arrive. At the floor when they notice the fish. At the edge of the rooftop when the sun goes down. At checkout when someone says — can we just stay one more night?

You probably can't. Book it early enough that you won't have to ask.

• Check-in time is 4:00pm and Check-out time is 10:00am. Either of these can be extended in advance for a fee, or you can play it by ear and hope we are able to accommodate on the day of
• Access the privacy you desire with your unique access code
• Pool Heat is available for $65 per day and takes time to heat so please do notify us in advance. Requests must be for entirety of stays and not just partial stays accommodations. Pool is heated to 85 degrees F. Please request pool heat at least 72 hours in advance. If it's requested within 72 hours of check in, a one time $85 convenience charge will apply.
• Cleans are required at minimum every 14 days for long term bookings with the cleaning fees to be paid by the guest
• Have kids? Wonderful. So do we. Pack and play and high chairs are available for use
• Coffee bar with Ninja maker available for both ground coffee or kcup usage
• Electric fireplace available for looks and heat 😊
• Smart TVs throughout the home

Rules and Regulations (all of this will be outlaid in the Rental Agreement that must be signed by the booking guest):
• Booking guests must be a minimum of 25 years of age and ID must be provided if requested by host
• No Pets allowed
• Undisclosed pets are subject to fines of up to $1,000 with additional charges applicable for damager or deep cleaning
• Smoking indoor is a $1,000 fee. If the Garage door in the backyard is open, no smoking in the backyard will be permitted
• Absolutely no parties or events without prior approval. One additional guest above and beyond those staying at the property consists of an event and prior approval is required. Any violation of this policy is punishable by up to a $5,000 fine
• All guests must complete a sex offender history verification per Scottsdale ordinance, and any booking guest with a history will have their reservation revoked

For same-day bookings, please note that housekeeping may still be finishing around the standard check-in time. A later check-in may be arranged if needed.
