There's no hunting for parking, no squeezing past each other in a narrow hallway — just space, laid out exactly the way a group of people actually lives. Two living areas that flow into each other. A chef's kitchen with double ovens, an induction cooktop, a full-size fridge, and both a Keurig and a Jura, because the kind of morning you're having should dictate what gets brewed. A kitchen island that seats six and a dining table that seats ten, so the whole group eats together without anyone getting sent to a folding chair in the corner.

But the backyard is where Villa Omnia earns its reputation. Heat the pool and it's yours from morning to midnight. Challenge someone to bocce. Work on your short game at the putting green. Ride to breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner, or all four across a long weekend. Camelback Mountain and Echo Canyon are close enough for a proper hike that earns the afternoon by the pool.
